Sparkling Wines

Sparkling wines outside Champagne take in traditional-method bottles, tank-method fizz and regional styles from across Europe and beyond. Expect anything from lean and citrusy to richer, autolytic wines depending on grape and method. Carringtons Fine Wines keeps a working range for celebrations, aperitifs and gifts in our Manchester shop, with online ordering too. If you need something Champagne-adjacent without the Champagne price, or a specific style such as Brut or Demi-Sec, say so and we can narrow it down quickly.
