If no one is home at the time of delivery a slip will be left with the courier’s contact number on it so you reschedule the delivery. Any breakages must be photographed and signed to that effect, identifying the name of the product. All breakage claims must be contact us — please allow 14 days to process and refrain from disposing of the product until notified as we may need to organise collection.
