Grand Cuvee Brut Blanc AOC Cremant De Die 2021 12% Bio

Crémant de Die is the Drôme’s dry sparkling wine, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle, and it is required to be at least fifty-five percent Clairette. That distinguishes it from the sweeter, aromatic Clairette de Die most people know. Organically farmed and vintage dated. Pale, bright and genuinely dry, with green apple, lemon, white flowers and a fine, persistent mousse over a chalky finish. Serve at 8C as an aperitif, or with shellfish. Very good value against champagne.
