Guy Allion Cremant De Loire Blanc 12.5%vol

Guy Allion’s Crémant de Loire is a traditional-method sparkling wine from the Touraine, typically Chenin-led and aged on the lees before disgorgement. Twelve and a half percent. Green apple, citrus, a little brioche and a clean, dry finish with fine bubbles. Serve cold at 7-8C as an aperitif, with seafood or mild soft cheese. Proper Loire fizz at a price well below Champagne, from a family estate that also bottles a crisp still Sauvignon Blanc for everyday drinking.
