Pauletts Trillians Sparkling Riesling Brut NV 75cl 12.5%vol

Clare Valley, Australia. Awesome fizz. This Riesling blend is tropical on the nose yet steely and crisp on the palate. Bone dry, really clean and refreshing. Try with sushi or a spicy stir fry. To say one more time- Awesome!
