Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur 5cl

The miniature of the Jamaican-born coffee liqueur, now made in Italy with cold-brew arabica, Madagascan vanilla and a Jamaican rum base. It is lighter and less syrupy than most coffee liqueurs, with real roasted coffee bitterness cutting the sugar, which is why it holds up in an espresso martini rather than turning it into pudding. Five centilitres is one martini exactly, or one very generous pour over vanilla ice cream. Handy for testing a recipe before committing to a full bottle.
