Sorel London Dry Gin 70cl

A Spanish London dry gin, from a Barcelona distillery founded in 1875 and bottled as a tribute to that date. London dry is a method rather than a place: everything is distilled together, nothing is added afterwards except water. This one is triple distilled, with juniper deliberately out in front rather than buried under citrus and flowers as so many modern gins are. Dry, clean and aromatic. Excellent with a plain tonic.
