H By Hine VSOP Cognac 40%vol 70cl

Hine have been shipping cognac from Jarnac since 1763 and hold a Royal Warrant, and they are the house most closely associated with early landed cognac, matured in damp English cellars rather than French ones. H by Hine is their fine champagne VSOP, blended from Grande and Petite Champagne, and it is deliberately light on its feet where many VSOPs are heavy and sweet. Floral and delicate, with vine flower, apricot, honey and a soft, clean finish. Very good neat, and it makes an unusually elegant highball.
