Brut Nature means no dosage at all — nothing added back after disgorgement — which is rare in Prosecco and leaves absolutely nowhere to hide. Made by Le Contesse in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene from Glera grown out on the Treviso plain. Bone dry, with green apple, pear and white flowers, a fine persistent bead and a clean mineral finish. If you find most Prosecco too sweet, this is the answer to it. Serve properly cold.
