Jagermeister 2cl Miniature 35%vol

The 2cl bottle of the German digestif made from fifty-six herbs, roots, fruits and spices, macerated and then aged in oak for a year before blending. It has spent thirty years being drunk as a shot by people who have never tasted it warm, which is a pity, because at room temperature the anise, liquorice, citrus peel and bitter herb come through properly. Curt Mast created it in Wolfenbüttel in 1934 as a hunter’s drink. Two centilitres is exactly one shot: ice cold, or over ice with ginger beer.
