Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvee 2018 English Sparkling

Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée is traditional-method English sparkling wine from Sussex, typically Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier aged on the lees before disgorgement. Two thousand and eighteen. Green apple, citrus, a little brioche and a clean, dry finish with fine bubbles. Serve cold at 7-8C as an aperitif, with seafood or mild soft cheese. Proper English fizz from a producer that helped put Sussex sparkling on the same shelves as Champagne.
