Roebuck Estates Blanc De Noirs 2018 12%vol English Sparkling

With barrel ageing, ageing on the lees and bottle age this is a stunning show of mastery! Balance and presicion. Fine bubbles and excellent layers of fruit, tightly wound yet with a delicate structure and dangerously easy drinking! Would put any Vintage Champage to the test in a blind tasting.
