Henschke Keyneton Estate Red Blend Barossa 2000

Henschke Keyneton Estate, later labelled Keyneton Euphonium, is a Shiraz-led blend with Cabernet and friends from the Barossa and Eden Valleys, from one of Australia’s most respected family estates. Two thousand. Mature black fruit, cedar, a little dried herb and resolved tannin over a long, savoury finish. Decant gently and serve at 16-17C with roast lamb, steak or a hard cheese. Fully mature Barossa blend from a warm vintage at the turn of the millennium, drinking in a good place now if stored well.
