Arbor Sam I Am India Pale Ale 5.6%vol 568ml

Arbor in Bristol brew something new most weeks, and their IPAs are the backbone of the range. Sam I Am is a straightforward modern IPA at 5.6 percent, in a pint bottle rather than a can. Bright citrus and stone fruit from the hops over a clean malt base, finishing properly bitter rather than sweet, which is what separates an IPA from a pale ale. Serve cold at 6-8C. Drink it fresh: hop-forward beer is at its best in the first few weeks and fades steadily after that.
